CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that you need to cancel your attendance to the 2017 Community Oncology Conference, your registration fees will be refunded in the following manner:

FULL REFUND

On or Before April 9, 2017

 

50% REFUND

April 10-16, 2017

Hotel Information

The COA 2017 Community Oncology Conference will take place just outside of Washington, DC at the Gaylord National Hotel & Convention Center in National Harbor, MD.

COA has secured a block of rooms at a discounted room rate of $233.00 a night, plus taxes. The hotel reservation link will be supplied when you receive your registration confirmation email along with ground transportation options. Please note that the discounted room rate is for registered attendees only.
